Clay Haydon – Partner


Clay Haydon has over 30 years of experience delivering supply chain solutions to retailers, wholesalers, fulfillment operations, and manufacturers. His areas of expertise include operations and process improvement, supply chain strategy and planning, distribution systems design/enhancement and implementation, distribution design/layout and implementation, and performance management. He has performed over 120 supply chain projects over the years.

Mr. Haydon began his career as a manufacturing engineer with Midland Ross Corporation (1982 to 1985). From there he moved to the Garr Consulting Group, a division of Deloitte, as a project consultant. Over the course of 12 years he was promoted to Senior Manager (for project management and business development capabilities). Following Garr, he helped start Synergy Solutions Group in 1998.

Mr. Haydon received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been a speaker at the National Retail Federation (NRF) Logistics Conference, the Warehouse Education and Research Council (WERC), and the GA Tech Logistics Institute.


Shelley Jordan – Partner


Shelley Jordan has over 25 years of supply chain consulting experience providing distribution and logistics solutions to clients in retail, consumer market and manufacturing industries. Shelley’s strengths are in strategic logistics planning, supply chain strategy, transportation analysis & management, inventory slotting & management, information systems planning and facility design as well as inventing and licensing. She has completed over 50 supply chain projects for companies across multiple industries. Shelley has also invented products and worked with great inventors.

Mrs. Jordan began her career as a forecasting and systems engineer at Oglethorpe Power. She started her supply chain consulting position at Garr Consulting Group, a division of Deloitte and was there until 1998.  Following she helped start a supply chain consulting group at a small company, TBI. She was asked to help several companies (sub-contractor) with her supply chain strategy expertise over the years. She joined Synergy Solutions Group in 1999.

Mrs. Jordan (Mrs Bullington at that time) received her BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating with Highest Honor.  She also received a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems from the School of Industrial Engineering and a Certificate in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems (CIMS).  Active in Institute of Industrial Engineers.  Responsive in Supply Chain Digest writing.


Don Neuner – Partner


Don Neuner has over 35 years of experience in distribution and supply chain operations including: productivity improvement programs, management assistance, distribution center design, and operations analysis.

Mr. Neuner began his career with JC Penney’s Catalog Division in management at the Atlanta distribution center from 1977 to 1981.  In 1981 he move on to Summerour and Associates as an Apparel Industry consulting engineer.  After 4 years, he moved on to the Garr Consulting Group, a division of Deloitte Consulting, as a project consultant.  After 13 years, he left Deloitte Consulting to help start Synergy Solutions Group in 1998.

Mr. Neuner received his BS and MS in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been a guest speaker at the GA Tech Logistics Institute.


Bill Wolski – Partner


Bill Wolski has over 27 years experience delivering supply chain solutions to various industries including retail, manufacturing, internet retailers, government agencies, and consumer products companies. Bill’s areas of expertise include transportation optimization, distribution center design and operations, distribution network analysis, labor management systems, and technology.

Mr. Wolski began his Supply Chain career as a Project Manager at Keogh Consulting (Florida), a Professional Engineering firm focused on distribution center design and supply chain strategy.  From there he moved to Garr Consulting Group, a division of Deloitte, as a Project Manager.  Following Garr, Bill spent four years with KPMG Consulting.  He was promoted to Senior Manager because of his track record in business development and project management.  He joined Synergy in 2000.

Mr. Wolski received his BA in Economics and Mathematics from Syracuse University. He Received an MS in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also received a JD in Law from Pace University.
